With his latest collaboration with Owen Wilson, THE INTERNSHIP, opening today, here is a look back at Vince's ten best movie moments.
The movies themselves may not always be that great, but when it comes to Vince Vaughn you know there will be at least one classic asshole moment for us to love.
Wedding Crashers is a 2005 American romantic comedy film directed by David Dobkin and written by Steve Faber and Bob Fisher.
Starring an ensemble cast led by Owen Wilson, Vince Vaughn, and Christopher Walken, and featuring Rachel Mc Adams, Isla Fisher, Bradley Cooper, Jane Seymour, the film has a notable cameo appearance by Will Ferrell.
- Yeah, you earned them flying - to Denver to meet your whore. Well, she's not afraid to express herself sexually - if that's what you mean.
After several years of playing varied dramatic and indie roles, Vaughn settled in nicely in the late 90s as that asshole character that still got the girls, a mentor and idol for guys everywhere.
Not on the grand scale that the movie portrays it to be.
It was a Latin wedding so the folks there liked that an obvious gringo could speak their lingo so I guess they didn't mind that I was crashing them. 'Swingers' was a good movie, but beyond that, whenever he's the lead in a movie, it sucks (see 'Dodgeball'). THE INTERNSHIP is going to be hard pressed to match the magic that Owen Wilson and Vince Vaughn made with WEDDING CRASHERS.
